the property itself is in a great location and our suite was spacious and comfortable. it was the staff that truly made our experience unforgettable. Mevi, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the details we needed before our check-in. Her warm welcome and helpful information were greatly appreciated. Salvatore was incredibly kind and helpful when we experienced an unfortunate accident. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. The staff truly are awesome people with big hearts ❤️. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! 🙌🏼.

Location was best possible, at walking distance from Vomero. Quick check-in. Overall experience was EXCELLENT.

Our stay at Caracciolo 13 was amazing! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had a stunning view. The boat theme details and high-quality furnishings added a special touch. The rooftop patio was perfect for enjoying dinner and wine while taking in the incredible views of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Capri, and the Sorrento Coast. Salvatore, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with restaurant suggestions, transportation assistance. This was definitely the best room we stayed in during our time in Italy.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was super helpful and always there when we needed. The views of the bay were absolutely stunning! 🌅

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel and the assistance provided by Salvatore. the taxi service was reliable and on time. the location was perfect, close to the bustling areas of Naples but in a quieter residential neighborhood. the view from the hotel, being right by the seafront, was spectacular. the rooms were beautifully decorated, modern, and well-maintained. the bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony was a gorgeous feature.

Some privacy concerns with the glass doors in the bathrooms, which may not be ideal for groups or families seeking complete privacy. The pull-out couch in the loft may not be as comfortable for larger groups, suggesting it may be more suitable for up to four people.
